In the search field type “Phlox Portfolio” and click Search Plugins. Once you have found it you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”. #### Manual installation **Uploading in WordPress Dashboard** 1. Download `auxin-portfolio.zip` 2. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard 3. Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area 4. Select `auxin-portfolio.zip` from your computer 5. Click ‘Install Now’ 6. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard **Using FTP** 1. Download `auxin-portfolio.zip` 2. Extract the `auxin-portfolio` directory to your computer 3. Upload the `auxin-portfolio` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 4. However, this theme had the best portfolio feature for my use, so I bit the bullet and gave it a go. Maybe my website is too simple to unearth the underlying technical issues, but so far I like the simple, minimal design elements that Phlox offers and how expansive the portfolio plugin is – great for archiving works by a graphic design & printing agency. This plug- in has so much potential for curating text. It could rival WooCommerce for content curation plus be easier to use because of its extensive configuration options. The thing I don't like about this plug-in is that sometimes its testing trails WordPress releases and so sometimes it's a little flaky to work with. Like right now, this plugin would be ideal for a new client project I'm started, but it's in one of those flaky phases. It just shows a loading icon but will never work.
